چکیده
As it is widely known, that the performance in youth sport involves an interplay between anaerobic and aerobic metabolism, which depends upon intensity duration of activity individual’s developmental physiology, modulated by training status. High levels and/or fitness are essential components many sports. The aim our research was to evaluate use nutritional supplements different type athletes depending on their knowledge perception. Proper nutrition for adolescent gain proper growth perform adequately sports, but we must not forget damage can be done health also various types side effects, as a result, excessive food sports supplements.
